efa equips your machines

The railway sector requires proven and validated safety solutions, which is why efa’s ODA system has been validated and approved by the SNCF as part of the MecateamCluster. Beyond safety, efa also supports its locotractor manufacturing customers by providing them with full traction chains, from the wheel to themachine’s (radio) control.

Commands for operating the LAMA

Maintenance du Centre specialises in the design and manufacture of rail-road vehicles and specialised vehicles. The LAMA requires controls for handling. Efa France manufactured the low and high control boxes, a power box and an emergency remote control. Following this project, Maintenance du Centre approached us for other vehicles, in particular their dumper.

Electrical enclosures for SOCOFER

SOCOFER, a French manufacturer of railway equipment, requires electrical boxes for its various machines, particularly its railcars. Today, Efa France supports Socofer in its projects to deliver to its customers on time and in the required volumes. We enable them to increase their production capacity and thus meet their deadlines.

50th 2DKIT installation on COLAS rail/road excavators

Our pedestrian detection equipment can be fitted to all new and older vehicles.

After retrofitting the machines in their fleet, Caterpillar M323F rail/road excavators fresh from the factory have now been equipped with the system.

New installation of the 2DKIT on a Liebherr 922 rail-road excavator

Two cameras have been installed on the vehicle, one at the rear and one on the right-hand side.

This allows the driver to view images from both cameras simultaneously in real time.

ODA system for ETFs

Our client ETF, a subsidiary of Eurovia (VINCI Group), is a global player in the construction and maintenance of fixed railway installations. The construction sites are huge and require greater safety. efa France offered them the ODA system: a plug-and-play anti-collision kit with visual and audible feedback that allows them to work safely on railway, construction, airport and underground construction sites.
