efa equips your lifting machinery

The operational safety and reliability of lifting systems are key points in decisions taken by installers, manufacturers and industrialists. Efa’s radio (Autec) or wired (button box, joystick, consoles or control station) management solutions are among the safest on the market. FHSS technology ensures that radio controls are fully reliable in an environment where a frequency plan is usually required. The control stations for the ERU (Energy Recovery Unit) or the ports are both robust and ergonomic. Developed in partnership with occupational therapists, all of efa’s solutions contribute to improving the safety and working conditions of teams.

SERAPID: Plug-and-play sub-assemblies on an optimised GPO

SERAPID entrusted us with the task of designing and supplying complete, pre-wired and programmed electrical sub-assemblies for a plug & play system that was perfectly integrated with their requirements. We were able to contribute to a solution that combines reliability, flexibility and performance to meet SERAPID’s industrial production requirements.

Electrical box for MARREL

Marrel, the European leader in equipment mounted on industrial vehicles, needed an electrical box to operate its equipment as well as a control box. Efa France designed the electrical and control boxes and now supplies Marrel on a regular basis. The sub-assemblies leaving our workshop are 100% inspected to ensure exemplary quality for our customers.

Installation of a 2DKIT on a new type of vehicle: The Packmanut

The Packmanut is a vehicle designed to handle containers weighing up to 20 tonnes. Handling takes place at the rear of the vehicle, which is why our customer wanted to install a pedestrian detection camera there. This solution provides continuous protection, even when visibility is poor.

3 cameras installed on a forklift truck

We equipped a KALMAR forklift truck dedicated to container handling at a major French port with three cameras to eliminate blind spots and enhance operational safety:
One 2DKIT camera at the rear of the vehicle for pedestrian detection.
2 AHD cameras installed on the forklift arms, providing better visibility when they pass behind the container to lift it.
