Considered the \u2018brain\u2019 of the electric drive train, the variable speed drive is designed to regulate the speed and torque of an AC (alternating current) motor by varying the voltage and frequency. Variable speed drives are distinguished by their voltage: they can be low voltage or high voltage.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its partnership with Borgwarner<\/a>, efa offers a range of high-voltage drives for AC synchronous motors. The range comprises 4 drives:<\/p>\n
