The aim of our after-sales service is to extend the life of your products. By replacing worn parts rather than the whole equipment, the after-sales team carries out several steps :
- Dedicated telephone support to define your needs,
- Diagnosis of your damaged product,
- The necessary repairs/replacements carried out in-house or sent to our partners.
Our team offers a dedicated after-sales service for AUTEC products, for which efa is the exclusive distributor in France, as well as repairs for products in our anti-collision range.

An efficient and complete maintenance service
Choosing to maintain your products means optimising their performance, extending their lifespan and making significant cost savings for your systems. efa offers preventive and corrective maintenance packages. We can also retrofit your old remote controls.
Our AUTEC preventive maintenance package offers a complete diagnosis of your radio once a year, a 10% discount on parts to be replaced, and guaranteed original AUTEC parts.
For our anti-collision customers, we can intervene to check the zones defined on our solutions.

Installations carried out directly on our customers’ premises
Along with our products, we provide our customers with user manuals, an installation guide and technical data sheets to help them make the best possible use of our products.
But for some of our ranges, such as our anti-collision solutions, installation and commissioning are handled by our installer partners. Our network of installers, based all over France, will install directly on your premises.
