3Dtection Kit: “classic” and “video”
We have upgraded our “classic” 3Dtection Kit and added a video feedback on the “video” version of the kit.
The 3Dtection Kit is an optical system that measures the distance between the sensor and the different objects that are in its detection zone.
A lighting unit illuminates the scene and the camera detects the infra-red light, reflected by the surface facing it. This sensor is then optimized and adapted to the requirements and needs of mobile machines.
It is intended to be used outdoors, for difficult ambient light conditions. In addition, the principle is based on ToF technology to deliver 3D image data. It then provides new support functions for automation tasks. The communication mode is via Ethernet or CAN.
These sensors are coupled to two types of returns:
Visual feedback thanks to a control screen, which also allows the configuration of the three zones of detection.
Sound return thanks to the adaptalarm
This fully modular and plug and play kit increases vehicle safety.
