Pedals
The pedals are electronic gas pedal controls for light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
efa uses the services of Curtiss Wright (Williams Control range). They offer a range of 3 products:
– floor-mounted electronic pedals
– suspended electronic pedals
– thumb-switch gas pedals
Each range offers different products, so you can choose the one that’s right for your vehicle and/or machine. What’s more, pedal sensors are compatible with all major engine manufacturers.
The pedals are suitable for all types of vehicle, from medium and heavy-duty trucks to buses, and from specialized vehicles to construction, handling and agricultural vehicles.

Electronic floor pedals
Electronic floor pedals are suitable for applications where the operator is seated or standing and it is preferable to have the pivot point under the operator’s heel. The range includes 7 pedals, customised to meet different requirements. What’s more, the pedals are adapted to different environments and situations (on-road, off-road, open cab, handling, utility vehicle, etc.).
They are available with pedal angles from 14° to 52° and with or without a Hall-effect sensor. They are supplied with a rubber coating for better foot traction.
Some units can be customised with contact or PWM output sensors. They are corrosion-resistant and made from robust aluminium.
Some are designed to be narrow for limited spaces and others for forward/backward or side-to-side movement.
So they’ll fit all your vehicles and machinery.
They have several holes for different mounting options. So they’re all different, and from this range you can find an accelerator pedal that meets all your needs and fits your vehicles and machines perfectly.
Electronic suspended pedals
Electronic suspended pedals are designed for applications with clean floor access. The Williams controls range includes 4 pedals that meet all the requirements of this application. They are designed with an angle of 19-20°. Three are made from high-strength plastic and one from aluminium and steel.
They are designed to supply an electrical signal to a motor control module in response to the operator’s demand for power. They are programmed for analogue output and/or integrated CAN.
In addition, they are IP67 waterproof, corrosion-resistant and highly resistant to EMC. This makes them safe for both operators and machines.
Electronic pendant pedals are fully customisable. In fact, the arms and/or support can be modified to suit the situation and requirements of operators or manufacturers.
As a result, they can be customised to optimise operator ergonomics. They can also be designed with contact sensors or PWM output.
