• Welding: Welding operations are carried out by robots, guaranteeing the highest safety standards (TUV ISO 15614: 2012 certified).
• Axle exterior finish: Metal parts are treated with high-quality zinc to prevent corrosion.
• Rigid axle: 51 mm-diameter (7.5 mm-thick) drawtubes are tightly fitted with integrated uprights to the gearbox housing.
• Gearbox casting: The aluminium alloy gearbox housing really does minimise weight while adding strength with the new ‘robust’ design.
• Lubrication: Our products are delivered ‘ready to use’. Mobilube1 synthetic oil
• Wheel bearings: Double angular contact ball bearings mounted on the wheels also allow the product to be used in intensive conditions
